DNA Light Up is a journey home to our inner knowing. It’s a practical, step by step invitation to remember who we are inside, who we’ve always been, before the word told us to be someone else.
This is very different from conventional coaching, therapy or counselling. It’s fast (three sessions with an activator, or a few hours over a few days with your journey pack). It’s fun, playful, experiential.

One-to-one sessions with an Activator
Experience the one-to-one personal journey from anywhere in the world via live video-link.
Our complete package includes three foundation sessions of approx. six hours in total (Discover, Ngage, Activate) delivered over three consecutive days. The results are immediate.
This is followed by 12 weeks of video support (Shine Brighter For Life) via email, follow-up sessions with your Activator, and membership of our private online community.

Personal Journey Pack online workshop
Take things at your own pace and in your own time. This online flip-book contains everything for you to complete your own journey in your own way and at your own pace!

Jamie Calder
This video was filmed three years after business owner and musician Jamie went through his journey. When he first found Light Up, “my confidence levels were at an all-time low. Even though I felt I was too proud to come forward and admit to myself and others that I was suffering mental illness and depression”. Three years on, he’s still shining! Claire teaches years 5 and 6 at a primary school in Warwick and has been sharing the Young Lights programme with her 10 and 11 year olds.
