One-to-one journey with an Activator
The DNA Light Up journey began as a face-to-face journey, with activator and client getting together in person. As requests started to come in from clients around the world, we moved these face-to-face sessions into one-to-one live video-link sessions, so no matter where people live or what their circumstances are, anyone can now take the journey.
This two-way live process is ideal for those who feel the nudge to go deeper – as well as for those who would like to incorporate the techniques of DNA Light Up into an existing coaching or healing practice.
Here’s what’s included in the live personal DNA Light Up journey with an Activator:
Four live one-to-one sessions:
- Discover – approximately two hours
- Ngage – approximately one hour
- Activate – approximately two hours
You can expect profound shifts in these three short sessions, and this is just the start of the adventure!
- LIGHT UP – two weeks after Activate, this session guides you to plan and take practical action to bring your dreams to life!
“Shine Brighter for Life”
Once these sessions are completed, you’ll immediately start to receive “Shine Brighter for Life”, the twelve-week follow-up video course. These emails are full of tips, tools and techniques that will arrive direct to your in-box every week for the next three months.
Online Lights Community:
You’ll have free access to our members-only online Lights Community, where you’ll find additional material and be able to join in the conversation and share experiences with others who’ve been through the Light Up journey.
Live LIGHT UP sessions
Two weeks after you complete Activate, you’ll have your first LIGHT UP session with your Activator. This is where we combine all the ingredients, bringing together all the DNA techniques to define real-life solutions that fit your specific requirements.
You’re invited to book a further LIGHT UP session as you complete your Shine Brighter for Life course.
These sessions are for maximum impact. For you to check and commit to practical actions for lasting change!

Self Discovery Online Journey with our very own app – The Light Up Place
The Light Up Place app has been designed for those of us who prefer to do things our own way, at our own pace, in our own time.
In choosing this option, you’ll have Mel Pledger and Sharon Bott as your virtual video guides, explaining each step by showing you a series of experiential ways you can explore and make sense of it all in your own way. The pack covers all the tools and techniques from the Discover, Ngage and Activate sessions, and includes a printable workbook as an optional map for your journey.
